The drive to the Isle of Skye from Fort William in Scotland is immensely scenic, even at dusk and in the pouring rain, as it was for us when we did it last week. Fortunately for us though the rain storm broke just before we neared the end of Loch Duich up there and with the clouds breaking and the last light of the day still in the sky, this is the view that met us as we turned a corner. It was like standing in a Visit Scotland advert. Very cool feeling.
So many great ones. Postman, I love yours (and the rest of the Scotland pictures on your site). MJcarter, I was out this morning without a camera and was hoping someone would capture this. Itsnotmeyouknow, I've always liked this style of photography. Makes me wish I lived closer to an ocean. An older one today shot in San Francisco, from the Presidio.
