Pitchblack, nothing says commitment like apertures tattooed on one's wrist. Hopefully Nikon doesn't follow Canon and release a 50 or 85mm 1.2. Always appreciate both your work and hers.
Been busier than normal lately preparing for a couple of upcoming events. Excellent photography on these pages. Here's a bit of showboating for the Sigma 35mm f/1.4 at f/1.4 on the D800. These permanently posed kids are somewhere along Worth Avenue in Palm Beach.
Shot earlier this month. We tried to get my friend positioned so we could catch the light and the foliage, but unfortunately, the wind direction didn't cooperate to the point where we could get him shot fully stretched. Shots where he was fully laid out didn't have quite the background. D800 | 300mm | f/7.1 | 1/1000s | ISO 400
Was a 3 hour hike to this waterfall. When I arrived up there, it began to rain, so I could not use any filter or other gear I had planned for. The snapshot I took is still fairly ok. Jürgen
