At the beginning of the year I knew I needed to change the path my photography was heading down. I got sucked into the wedding world for a means to support gear purchases and lost focus on what I truly enjoy from creating images. So after some soul searching of sorts I'm re-branding both my focus and internet identity to be more representative of who I am.

And with that, I share a new image that isn't my face! I'll continue to post under this username for forum identity (unless there's a way it can be changed?)

@donaldejose thank you! and @greybagel interesting choice, so you are saying you didn't enjoy shooting weddings? And still playing with my new flash attachment.

@DavidJaan/Greybagel - I think it's a good move. Gotta shoot what you love to shoot. Even though everyone has a camera now it's still not easy to find a creative portrait photographer willing to go the extra mile to make those unique images. Looking forward to seeing more of your work.

@flight3 - Not that I dislike weddings. In fact I love capturing those images for peopl!. It's just not what I love to do and with the time I do have to dedicate to photography I want it to be satisfying.

@Rx4Photo - Couldn't agree more and I appreciate the kind words.

Found a new location for a model shoot today, but it's only available for an hour either side of low water - it is a WWII coastal defence tower:
