This one is a few weeks old, I am still moving in my new house. Just got internet installed, did not think i had collected so many things in the last twelve years.
I've been working too much to get out and shoot.. But I'm really looking forward to the Elk Rut season here in Colorado. I went out looking for Elk the other day and found this deer running around. Shot in the rain (as you can see).
Taken earlier this week with my D90. D90 | 300mm | f/6.3 | 1/250s | ISO 200 | -1 EV I did darken the image a bit using Viveza then added a stop or so to the moon and added some structure.
Was going to try focus stacking, didn't quite work out in Photoshop, dog moved a bit in between shots, but then it dawned on me I could just manually blend in the nose of the dog.

Looking at the bigger size… I think I like the Sigma 35mm on the D800E. Especially the detail in the corn stalks.
