The crows like to flock downtown during the winter...not sure why

"Had to" test my new camera at my favorite zoo, but also a very good opportune for my youngest. She'll turn 13 next month and I asked her if she'd like my old backup camera (Nikon 5100) as a gift. She liked that idea very much. As I was shooting the Siberian Tiger I noticed the reflection and for once I didn't notice the surroundings afterwards, I just wished the beam of light had hit the front of the tiger and not the back. Did try to darken that area down a bit and ad more light to the front.
The combination D810 + the cheap Sigma 150-500mm F5-6.3 DG OS HSM is obviously not the most ideal for this type of photography, but this is just pure fun. I'm not going to become wildlife photographer, as I don't have the patience and I don't like to get up early in the morning :-)

@Snapyouraw - Looks like you had a problem uploading your image and then got it figured out. Remember, you can always select the "edit" and then add your picture if you have this problem in the future.

Best thing to do now is to select Edit button on the message without the picture and type "Moderator - please delete this message. Unfortunately you can't but the Moderators or Admin can do that for you. Finally, welcome to NRF.

Sedona -- Bell Rock -- we don't get many clouds here, so this was a perfect day to go to Sedona. Fun place to go and the food is not bad either. Make sure to visit the "Vortex" if you go.

As with all photos so much is lost when resized to 640. Take a look at the large view.

Click Large View, Then click on "View Image" Upper Top Right Corner (magnifying glass).

A stack of about 30 or so images. Oddly, I didn't notice the one ant crawling around on this flower until after the stacking was done. I decided I liked seeing the little guy all over the place.
