I am just getting back from a work trip to the Amazon Basin in Brazil. I spent a few days in Santarem, not much time for photography, but i thought I would share a few images to pique people's interest. My hotel was on the waterfront of the Tapajos River, a very active place. First image here was captured in near dark early morning conditions, so it is high Iso shot, about 4000 or 3200. Lots of noise I know:
@Rx4Photo - I primarily shoot with the 85 and 50 1.8g lenses and have been finding myself using the 50mm more as of late. I'll pop on the 35mm f1.8 if I need a bit wider. I always use autofocus. If you have anymore questions feel free to message me, I'm happy to answer them.

I love taking shots down dark alleys. I think the lines and lighting are exciting and pleasing for my style.
