Very nice the red on the white background. In AZ we don't have birds like this, way to hot (like HELL) here in the summer. Didn't know there were so many beautiful birds until reviewing the photos here.

Moon, Aurora: 4 of 4;

@Flash800: The aurora are very cool, certainly better in person. Just one of the good reasons to be up here in the dark and cold season! This aurora was unusual in that it was bright enough to look good with a bright moon. There was also a very thin layer of cloud which made all the colors rather pastel.
