Seeing as the last image I posted has a couple (-1)s, if there's anyone that has a problem with the content I post here please let me know so I refrain from offending anyone. While I love the community here, I know what I shoot isn't for everyone and the internet is a giant place where I can share elsewhere.

That being said here's another shot of Natasha. She told me this is her favorite from the series so far. I love the placement of her hand in front of her face.

Seriously, we've been down this road enough. Can't we just get rid of the +1/-1 buttons already? This ability to take anonymous pot shots at people and their work represents the worst of the Internet and social media.

If you don't like it or are offended by it have the stones to comment using your screen name.

@DavidJaan, I'm just a bird guy, but really like your images. Don't let a few negatives deter you from posting here. I had a look through your flickr and IMHO they are dark, tasteful and well done. Maybe the two negatives were the street sign in the background, lol..

    Anyways. Back to my birds..

Hmmmm... Okay, this is not my favorite shot from this series, but two negatives with no explanation? I don't know that I would want to see PAD to be cluttered with text and no pic, but I had to say something.

Temperatures are rising into the 40s, so this may be one of the last time I'll be shooting out on a frozen lake.

Proudgeek, I wish they could get rid of the -1 as well, but Nikonrumours did not program this website, they licenced it. They might have to change the program, being unable to program it.

That said, I am happy to publicly call the person that uses the -1 in this context a spineless $@(*@&;*. I am not going to hide behind the internet. If this is your first time reading about this issue, then please accept my apology. However, no apology will be forthcoming if there is a second time. I do find Davidjaan's work dark, but I do like it. I suspect that is his artistic intent.

In January I did a shoot for a feature in a photography magazine, and it is being published this week. Here is one of the images being used:

I went back and looked at all your postings this month. All pluses... +8 8 9 8 4 2 6 5, not one -(minus) in all your postings this month, so I'm at a loss to try and understand your remarks about people not liking your pictures. What am I missing here? To me there dose not seem to be a problem. One thing I do agree with there are a lot of places to post your images. I think all pluses indicates your work is liked.
