F1 GP Final Race Day Bahrain International Circuit. Congratulations to Sebastian Vettel and his RedBull team. I missed the first 20 laps due to the traffic nightmare. Here is some action! I hope I gave it enough breathing room, Adamz No crop.
@Dredden85 , @Ton - Haha of all the people who got attacked by the goose, his was the most exaggerated response. It's on the opposite side of the courtyard so I can look out and watch their misfortune.... (I'll probably be on the receiving end soon, this place is infested,)
Not really a photo for today, but my son and I were fortunate enough to participate in the "3 Minutes of Fame" hockey game between periods of the Boston Bruins game the day after they caught the second bomber. It was quite a moving experience to be there and to be on the ice the Bruins skate on was special. I strapped an action cam to my son's helmet so you can see what it's like to be there. You can really hear the crowd around the 3 minute mark as his friend Victor has his breakaway.
@Msmoto Great Shot of Moon. I wish I can have one like that. @Rista_Rile_Ricky Nice work dude. Love it. Here is mine for today. Air show at Ft. Lauderdale Beach. PS: not a big fan of this kind of activities. I guess I was bored and wanted to have some of the air fighters photos by myself.
Spring is arriving slowly. I found this friend in a phototour to a local natural park (Monterrey, Mexico). I used a Nikon D7000 and 24-85 2.8-4. It is a versatile lens, it gives 1/2 life-size with a FX camera.
This was a couple nights ago...the photo is actually brighter than the scene. The lens would not focus..no light. As scientific experiments were ongoing, I could not add any light to focus. So, at an ISO of over 200,000 here we have an image of the 0.81 meter reflecting telescope at Three College Observatory.
I have been unable to post over the last several weeks because of a lot of personal travel and work. I missed even viewing a bunch of the images posted. Well, we received lots of snow yesterday and last night. So in honor of this, one more winter scene from earlier in the year at Lolo Pass:
