In Scotland at the moment - one of my favourite mountains Buachaille Etive Môr taken from the side. Front on it looks like a pyramid from a distance

Fireworks at the car show last night. This is actually my attempt to layer 6 photos. Not bad but I need more practice.

Found an active osprey nest on a bike ride a couple of weeks ago (rarer than you would think for Vermont) and came back this past Friday very early. Light was crap but I found a female nesting with what appears to be two chicks (only one visible here) and a male. While I didn't see him hunting he does seem to have plenty of projects around the house. The nest is in the middle of a wide open field on private property, so I didn't venture too close.

Hello all, I have been following the PAD / NR for about 2-3 years now, enjoying the high calibre of photographic work and insight. I figured I will try to start contributing a bit more (so lets see if i can actually get a picture up from Flickr...)

Here is one for PitchBlack, whom has given me much to learn about the polo

Girlfriend spotted this bear coming out of the tree line. I pulled the jeep over and grabbed the camera and snapped a few before he went back in the woods.I had no time to adjust camera,I figured a bad shot is better than no shot at all.

Was out keeping an eye on osprey nest when I noticed this woman running on a lonely country road. Given how rural this was I'm guessing she was pretty far from home.

  USA vs Belgium

The fans were more than willing to take photos and they kept posing for the camera. They probably thought I was with the media as they kept asking if it was going to be published in the paper.
