Based on PitchBlacks worries about 85/1.4 CA I wanted to test a few "wide open" shots and did the post this time in Capture One because the CA control and lens profile are better than in "medieval age" Aperture.

D7000, ISO100, f/2, 1/1000

Every time I thought "not too bad now" I saw another green or purple stripe where there should've been only black and white. Lousy lens [-(

Queens, New York's latest 'Odd Couple'.

My first shot ( 6/22/2013 ) with something other than a P&S in 8 years. Long story. Fujicolor 800, processed at Walgreen's and stuffed onto a CD. Awful resolution. Used an AT-1 with an Asanuma 70-260, set near 260 and hand-held. No polarizer. F11 at 1/500. Sorry about the details, I was on the run, literally, when I grabbed this. No edits, except for size. Time to learn Gimp, I guess.

They had some macaroons that were twice the radius of normal sized macaroons. Their pastries looked delicious too, but I didnt try too much that day.
