I like your treatment of that scene - care to share your process with us?
Of course I want to share the process. That day it was a hazy overcast day, no wind at all. Sunny but the flattest light you can find and at a time of the day nobody takes photo's. When you look over the sea, you could not see a horizon. The air and water had the same color, flat and blue ish-grey. Then I saw that couple and took some shots (to have the shot), then waited that they were in that position. So it was just, make the photo right in the first place. A kind of street photography in this case. The only thing I did in LR was, clarity and crop.
But I always try to get a "mood" in my photo's. Then I remembered something from my analog time, Then I could print on paper toner sheets and I found that in Color Efex Pro, just click and I got exactly wat I wanted. Fun he.
Oh and it is the coast of Holland, you don't see the Northsea often as that day.

Those who say it can't be done, should not interrupt those doing it!
Howdy folks. Been a while... I have been busy getting prepared for the Appalachian Trail. Here's a spider I found in the Delaware Water Gap. He was trapped in a pool of cold water, and cooperative. The sun was low in the sky and piercing through the trees, so I had plenty of light to work handheld.

Giving the new PAD a shot. It was a beautiful, unseasonably warm day today and my girlfriend and I took a walk to enjoy it.
... And no time to use them.
Anyone know what kind of hawk this is? Took this handheld in a hurry, I'm going to try and set up tripod tomorrow and get serious with this guy.
