it's a little chilly here today, so I thought I post something that remembers us of Summer, I think.

Nice ones today. I think of this guy as the Jordanian Marlboro man. Probably smokes even more. A kind old bedouin who invited us in to his tent for tea and to meet a few of his 9 kids. As near I as I could tell, all he did all day was hang out by the fire, smoke, drink sweet tea, and tend to his small herd of camels (his kids made the tea and did most of the work with the camels). I had been shooting inside the tent and thus had the lens wide open at f/2.8, and then forgot to stop down once I walked outside. In a perfect world this would have been shot at f/5.6 to get a little better depth of field.

They always show up at the darkest place in the garden that moment. Your camera settings are totaly wrong for the shot and you get 4 seconds to make it. Just fun.
