The speed of the D4 is just mind blowing. This is me trowing a fish up...10-15' with one hand, in a fishing boat moving at about 25-30Mph...in open waters, then bringing the D4 to my face and firing away...

The Bitterroot is Montana's state flower. It blooms around the beginning of the summer at my elevation. Not many out this year. Will try in a week or so at a higher elevation to find more. This one has a visitor.

I sold one of my D800s today along with my Pentax 645D and 2 Canon L Macro lens. got around £4400 for them. And got me one of only 3 Pentax 645Z's in the UK. Am really happy with it so far - 51.4 mp 3 fps and 204k ISO not to be sneezed at on medium format, plus it has focus peaking and Highlight warnings on live view.

Here is one of my early shots with it out of a Boeing 737 window above South East England:
