Absolutely wonderful photos. (This is so much fun I was going to suggest photo-an-hour instead of PAD, but then I wouldn't get any work done!) Thanks all for sharing.
Walking in NYC I saw this bland picture. But a crop and processing tweaks makes it turn out OK, I think...

I know we all have lots of these guys, but experimenting with my N-f2-dc 105mm lens, this, I thought, came out sharper than what I have done previously. Maybe I'm getting used to it.
Ice fishing shack near my house. Every years there are trucks or cars that goes trhough the ice but that's another story. These guys can pull 2 feet long fishs out of these water. All around the shack, they digs holes, put their lines, light a fire and drink beer all night long.
I love hiking out to waterfalls like that. Especially loud ones far enough away from anything else so you can just here to roar of the water and nothing else.
On that theme, this is Svartifoss - which basically means Black Falls. It too is on the rim of the Vatnajökull ice cap in Iceland - a very volcanic area. The stacks of solidified lava are created when it cools really quickly and it forms in columns. The columns being why the falls are named the Black Falls.
Some more filters here and a bit more time spent in post bringing the sky back in and the rocks back out.
