Haven't had a chance to shoot or post lately. Spent some time last weekend on a vacation at a farm in wester Massachusetts, and took a few shots that I hope to share over the next few days. Here's the first, which I think shows that sometimes lying on the ground really improves your POV for a shot.
Well since turnthedarncranks mentioned lying on the ground. I do that quite often with my birds. Today I was trying to figure out if I finally got my fine tune right with the Bokina 300 F2.8 and 1.4x TC.. @turnthedarncranks where in western Mass? I lived there for 7 years.. D300 * Tokina 300 F2.8 + 1.4x TC * 420mm * F4 * ISO 400 * 1/1600th
I might need to look for a different grocery store.
This was shot on the same evening as my image from a couple of days ago. If you've never had a chance to shoot on this body of water, it's worth doing.
The couple are great greybagel but I would use content aware delete on that left hand piling - it is such a distraction. Perhaps a little straightening and remove that jet ski or whatever in the picture.

@Golf007sd - If I had known you were going to be shooting my car I would have come down and introduced myself.
Here is my share of the day:
