The couple are great greybagel but I would use content aware delete on that left hand piling - it is such a distraction. Perhaps a little straightening and remove that jet ski or whatever in the picture.
Exactly my thoughts. I would have turned the camera by 90 degrees and moved closer.

This was actually taken on father's day but I never got around to posting it here. I spent so many hours trying to get this shot..

More from the farm, SOOC. Not sure why, but this tree fascinated me. I wish I'd realized the little tree was poking in from the angle I shot, although I kind of like the lighter leaves it adds.

While I wold love to see your images at a 3000px size, from this one you have absolutely nailed the placement of focal plane and DOF. Great shot.

thank you. I caught the action from start to finish but I liked this one more.

@pitchblack start it up. I honestly prefer the 50mm to tele end. 35 is great for a group or environmental like your shot. Yours works great. My next photo will be of the long end of the 24-70.
I zoomed in because my wife didn't want to be in the photo and I like the 50-70 end more of that lens

Same Gerber Daisies as the last photo I posted. This time shot at f22 with flash to increase the depth of field.

Well, after dealing with a worn out computer display and surgery on my left wrist I'm able to resume posting a few photos from my outings.
June 10th, 2013, in the midst of the NBA Championship Finals I decided to fulfill my desire to shoot Miami at night. Probably not the safest thing to do in the areas that I travelled but I suppose angels were watching over me. A bit high risk but so cool at the same time. Hopefully, this is not the last time I go down for a shoot. GO MAMI HEAT!
