@Juergen - there's a time posted next to Your nick, between nick and quote link/blockquote> Adam, I should start reading the D4 manual, I might discover things I never knew about :-)
Here is my share of the day, another one from Dresden, Germany. Jürgen
I feel you have not maxed the potential of that shot - the guy laying down does not have the emphasis he deserves. If it were me I would re-saturate him to get him to compete with the clean, sharp buildings. Even with the dark clothes and skin tone it may help. I feel that would elevate it to a higher standard.
@ Michelle....bring the cats on! But...you need to give the names...cats do not like it when you use their photo and do not give the name....you know how they are...totally into self.
@ Michelle Yes, i looked at your Flickr photostream....love it. I have had about a dozen rescues, now only one. But you will see Grace up here for sure...
So far, I think, unless someone comes up with some fantastic cat photos, you are Queen of the Cats.
I know that the composition sucks, and that it should be much more clear. It all doesn't matter, as I'm happy that I finally captured it on frame. Sure, I would love to do it in nature, as this will bring me some prices but even in capture, getting snow leopard on frame is hard
Ton, welcome to PAD and neat shot. Adam, I think the grass in front adds a sense of spontaneity to the photo. And yes, just about any leopard shot is going to be a good one. They are so elusive, in zoos and in nature.
Leopard photo in wild = D4 + new 800mm f/5.6VR, + 2nd D4, 600mm, f/4VR, plus Travel + cost of "Photo Tour + extras, or in round terms, about USD $60,000.00. Much less expensive to shoot in captivity...

Feeding time.
Don't panic! I'm not going to bombard your great forum with kitty pics!! I thought I'd just post one as I've enjoyed being here. xxx
@spraynpray - Thanks. xxx

I'm expecting better of myself in 2013. Learning is great fun.
Nice to hear you've had some rescue cats
