Proudgeek - By next winter I'll have snowshoes, or maybe even try my hand at cross-country skiing. I wasn't hiking much last winter on account of so much snow to plow through, but it was nice to get the change of scenery from the "green tunnel"

January 30th - The end of the day's section, waiting for Warren Doyle to swing by and get me back to my truck. Speaking of winter hiking, notice that my socks are wrapped in plastic grocery bags and I have ice spikes clipped to my pack.
