Going to try and shoot something this weekend to move on from the NYC stint. This was taken from inside the World Trade Center memorial. Security to get in was more involved than going through an airport.

Compare this photo to the one I posted yesterday and you can see how the shooter managed to make a shot that looked impossible yesterday.

D800, 70-200 f2.8.

If you compare the shot from yesterday and today you can see how the 4 fps are not too slow for sports if you can anticipate the moment correctly.

This crop was about 10% of the actual picture taken. They had good outdoor lighting on Dr. King but no flash was used. Pretty impressive detail coming from the D800 with the 24-70 2.8 in that situation.

@Msmoto..... that new Vette is so sweet, now if they'd just move that engine like your Audi R8 shot. Nice shot and how I want that new Stingray.

Thanks. Shooting the NAIAS was an absolute blast. Had not done this since 2008.
Great capture above...sometimes the available light is good now that the video crews need it.
