In LR, a little crop, highlights down a bit, +25 clarity and my normal RAW sharpening that's all.

Here's another photo taken in DC on inauguration weekend. This was shot at around 2am, and there wasn't a soul around, not even any (visible) security, which was interesting, if nothing else.
