Msmoto: enjoying your SD photos, I will be in Aberdeen, SD the first week of July for a few days. Perhaps I will have time for some photography.

I get used to have a strong LED torch with me, when walking on a photo-trip.

I missed a lot of great shots...
@ Pitchblack.. I'm just a birder, but I think you have some awesome shots!
@Bland, you sure love your fast motorsports!
  Nice birds everyone!
Now that I have the Tokina 300 F2.8 tuned in pretty well, I decided to stop it down to F8 and see what happened with this swan. The original crop size is on flickr. 1633x1200 if you want to take a look http://www.flickr.com/photos/coastalconn/8999477427/sizes/o/

Coastal, I guess that's sharp enough. I shot this one in Florida back in April. While I got a lot of osprey/fish shots, this one stood out because of the way the osprey was looking up for eagles trying to steal his catch.

Self-portrait on Max Patch on March 27th, after pushing through a snowstorm for a couple days. Post-holing through 3-4 foot drifts to make the top of the bald. Also, I hike in a kilt even in the snow, so I can say I do such a thing.

@JJ_SO, your LED shot is very interesting, nice lighting and flower, got me puzzled for a while.
@NSXTypeR, nice perspective, I posted a fairly similar structure.
@donalderose, that's an animal you got there, so big...
@Tumbleweed beautiful detail and color on the body.
