    Hi, I've been a long time lurker and I finally decided to create an account! I'm currently in GA and photography is a hobby for me. As we all know it's a very expensive one at that! Anyway, this forum is full of nice helpful people and I've learned a lot from here. Nice meeting all of you!

    Hey...

    I've been reading NR's for many years, didn't know you could be a 'member'. Looks like lots of fun.
    Photojournalist, been using Nikon's since 1968, original member of NPS from the days of Marci... if I can be of any help please contact me.
    Still very busy shooting... just did project around the US. 20k miles, 3 D800 - 30k images and about 5k videos. Used 1970's Nikon 24mm on D800 for all videos. More projects in the works and looking forward to keeping the faith with making images via Nikon.

    Hello everyone!

    My name is Carlo and just recently joined NRF. I'm 21 years old with a passion of photography. My gear is consisted of a Nikon D800, Nikon 14-24mm 2.8, Nikon 24-70 2.8, Nikon 70-200mm 2.8 II, and Sigma 50mm 1.4 Art (Yes I'm only 21 and already own these guys, which is hard to believe for some many). These were the lenses that I dreamed of having 4 years ago, but now I feel so fortunate and blessed that I can afford them on such an early stage of my life.

    Iv'e been going to NRF for more than a year without creating an account and enjoyed looking at the many wonderful works by the members in this forum. I usually keep my photos to myself and not be seen by the public, but recently, you guys motivated me to share my photographs.

    Now that I'm part of the NRF family, I hope I can contribute and become a long time member.

    Hello all,
    I am Ewout Tanis from the Netherlands. Born in 1966 started with a Praktica when 12 years old. Then had some Canon digital point and shoot, a Nikon F60 film SLR, an Olympus 8080WZ and back to Nikon DSLR to use the glass I gathered over the years. Photography is just a hobby for a long time. Like to try out things but actually only active at events and holidays mostly.
    Gear: Nikon D90, Nikkor lenses: kit lens 18-105, wide zoom 12-24, 50mm, 105 micro, 180mm and some stuff like teleconverter, filters, flashes and pods. Some bought second hand or gained by barter deals.

    Thank you very much. Well I am in the market for a body and the two lenses right now. Most likely on DX side but may skip right to FX D750. My dad had old Nikon SLR from the late 60s which is mine now.

    Hi! From western 'burbs of chicagoland. Not new to photography, been shooting since I was in my early teens with a Nikon EM that I got for Xmas back in the day, next I moved to Pentax film and still shoot w/ 645N, have been using F100 for awhile with 24mm AFD, 35mm AFD and 50mm AFS, but about ready to take plunge with new Nikon D610 or maybe D750...and maybe 85mm AFS or new 20mm f1.8 AFS :)
